I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. They didn't mention anything about risks or benefits. I felt really rushed like they just wanted to get me out of there.
