They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
