They played the typical, annoying elevator music. It did not make for a pleasing environment. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. I'm not sure if I loved them that much to be honest. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. The doctor was rude and unfriendly. They had a cold, distant attitude that made me feel uncomfortable.
