They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Their office equipment was in spectacular shape- all state-of-the art and very advanced. I was impressed. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
