The reason for my visit was flu symptoms. I had just found out that a coworker was diagnosed with the A type virus and wanted to make sure I hadn't caught anything. Considering I work with a lot of people on a day to day basis and most importantly live with a sister who is pregnant, I needed peace of mind I wasn't contagious.

After the nurse ran through the normal procedures, she said the Dr. would be in. Let me just clarify the nurse was as sweet as pie. She actually seemed as if she cared, unlike Dr. Josephine Mante. 40 minutes passed by before she came in to see me. She asked how I felt. When I started to tell her, she cut me off and asked what kind of meds I took. She looked in my ears, down my throat and said I just had a cold. She proceeded to tell me to drink lots of fluids and get rest. She was gathering her stuff when I asked if she could just look at a mole on my foot that I was really worried about. I started to take off my shoe while she stood there, rolled her eyes and said "no." "Make another appointment," and walked out of the room.

Needless to say, I did not stop at the front desk to make another appointment. My father, my sister and I have all been patients there for years.....like 10, maybe even more. I will not be back and encourage my family members not to either.
