Simple fix, but Scholar refused to be advised by myself or the RN. When she was finally confronted with evidence by the RN, Scholar refused to come back into the exam room, and advised that I see a specialist (to remove a bug from my ear). The specialist removed the bug in a few seconds. Scholar refused to be confronted.
