They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
