It was obvious that they had a good relationship with their staff members. The doctor was able to answer my questions and/or refer me elsewhere. I felt like I got a good amount of information. The staff here could have been more friendly, especially once I had an issue needing follow-up. I experienced long waits to get in for urgent visit, for lab results (came from lab by e-mail days before MD called), for follow-up, etc. DR. has become too busy since on his own and needs more back-up with MDs/PAs or office staff.
