The doctor is very nice but ever since he brought his wife into the practice as the Office Manager, things have gone downhill. She is rude, abrupt and generally off putting. She has a heavy accent and gets frustrated when asked to repeat herself or clarify a response. The office staff is friendly if you can avoid Estella, you'll be better off.
