I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.

They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette.
