I have gone to Dr. Cattolico when he was with Dr. Gladhart in Prescott. I think he is the only great doctor they have here. He told me that he wished all his patients were like me and we laughed. I was so disappointed when he left and wasn't there for my next appt with him. He was going to make me eggplant parmasean and bring it.

I hope he sees this and e-mails me at:L marticomley@q.com. I am the old vegetarian lady that is 86 and takes no pills.
Happy about his wonderful award and deserves more.
