I love how kind and attentive they show. Dr Bailes is always so caring, kind and comprehensive. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. The office must be a "no cologne" office because there isn't even any sign of scent. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
