Dr. Copeland was able to pinpoint what was causing my shoulder discomfort when I first visited her office, whereas my previous doctor hadn't been able to. She gained my confidence over 11 years ago. After learning that I had had cancer, she followed my case closely over the years. She just has always been on top of all my health issues. She showed she cared and followed through. Dr. Copeland is one good doctor.

My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 75-25 chance. The office smells clean. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make more many appointments than necessary. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered if I was in the office. Sometimes it takes a while to get prescriptions refilled. And there have been times when the doctor wanted to see me before refilling, but didn't have an opening for two weeks. It would be better if they approved one refill with a note to see doctor prior to any other refills. My doctor does not refer me to other doctors she knows. She just has a binder with specialists names in it, and has the office staff do the referring.
