This person should not be a family practitioner. I saw him 5 years ago and was reminded of my experience by a friend of mine and the same feelings of anger came flooding back so I feel compelled to write. He acted like what someone would expect a smug recent grad would act like: He's better than you and you're not worth his time. I complained of fatigue and he couldn't have been less interested. He made me feel really small and what he didn't to my psyche, his nurse did. It's like they fed off of each other's toxicity. What's worse, he never helped me. And when I needed a generic letter from my doc for my gym membership renewal a week later, he wouldn't send it, wanting another copay. (And I'm healthy.) You couldn't pay me to go back there, which was disheartening because I really wanted to find a piece of home for my husband who is Tico and Dr. Navarro is from Costa Rica. I couldn't have been more wrong. I hope he moves back.
