I had to see Dr. Caterbone on two occasions because his partner, Dr. Clark, had no appointments. She is patient and thoughtful. I would give her 10 stars. So yes, the facilities were a mess and the staff seemed confused about many things, but patients are there to see the doctors and SHE more than made up for everything else.
I went in with a red, swollen calf muscle. I could hardly walk. He did one "walking test' and determined that I sprained my calf and to rest it. He didn't even touch or move any part of my leg. I questioned him and he assured me that since he was a sports doctor for the UT football team, he knew what he was talking about.

THE SPRAINED CALF MUSCLE TURNED OUT TO BE A BLOOD CLOT!!!

When he came into the room, he didn't have my chart with him. If he had taken time to research my history he would have seen that I was taking YAZ., which is known to cause blood clots. But no, he took one glance at me and was confident it was a sprain.

A week later, I couldn't breathe after taking even a few steps. As a single mom, I didn't think I had the time to have anything else checked out. My family made me go to the Heart Hospital. That blood clot had broken up and by this time I had a clot in each lung.

The specialist at the Heart Hospital thought he was relaying positive news when he said that in three more days, I would have been dead.

I filed a law suit and when my lawyer called his office, "they had no record of me being a patient there."

I do not recommend this man at all.

This doctor is a script doctor who should have his license revoked. His only goal is to get ppl in and out as fast as possible while keeping junkies well supplied. A fact that he made clear he is aware of when I called him out on this. If you need a prescription refilled or want to support the prescription drug epedemic go to him I suppose otherwise forget about it this guy is no better than the drug dealer down the street from you. Oh also he books 3 patients for every time slot so be prepared to wait.
