I found this doctors office to be incredibly rude. They do not respect your time, they will have you waiting for 3 to 4 hours even if no one is being called in. The lady at the front desk was lost, and even asked me if I was a patient there on more than one occassion. After they called me because they had forgotten to get me my results for a whole month, they wanted to get paid up front even though I was just there to get my results, and I specifically told the lady I was not there for a consultation. She said that it didnt matter, if I wanted my results, I had to pay. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. They could've used quite a few more staff members, or at least put the ones that are there to actually do something instead of dancing around and joking the whole time. My time is valuable to me just like the doctor's time, and yet its obvious that they don't care or respect the patient at all.
