It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was very uncomfortable with the amount of foul language they used. I wish they had been more professional. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.
