The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. The staff here was rude and unwelcoming. Totally not a family environment at all. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. It is impossible to get prescription refills here. No one takes responsibility for getting it done so it doesn't get done. I will have to change doctors to get my meds managed.

I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.
