They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive, however magazines are not what's important in a doctors office anyway. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members and not have to wait forever in the waiting room. I've gone to some places where I've had to wait hours but not here. I would definitely go back if this office was not so far away now.. I just wish this provider was still in my immediate area and had not moved so far away. I felt comfortable with him and that's a big issue for me.
