I would give a lower score if possible! Constantly be littled me, would wait (2.5 years of going to him) for 2-5 hours just for a follow up only to be seen for 2 minutes, I was released from controlled substance prescribed patients simply bc I was going to a physchiatrist outside of his “medical group” that he gets paid referalls from. I never failed to comply or give a ua or pass a ua. He was notified of all changes immediately at each apppointment. He didn’t even have the decency to notify me in person I instead received a plain letter stating that I could continue PCP care there but that was it bc of me using another provider that prescribed different non conflicted or doubling medicines. I had to withdrawal for a month before I could find another provider in our small town to start completely over with. I only stuck out the 2.5 years to avoid having to go through all of my care and history with another provider.
