I have had very bad experiences with another doctor in Branson (Dr. Lukavsky). I was referred to Dr. Salmon by a friend who sang his praises. First off, Dr. Salmon's office staff is very friendly and professional. From the moment I checked in at the front, I felt like I was in a professional medical facility, unlike my previous doctor. I was getting a second opinion on being on blood pressure medication that Dr. Lukavsky had prescribed to me. He put me on the BP medicine when I was in my low-mid 20's, and everyone told me for years that I was on too much. Well, after talking it through with Dr. Salmon, he completely agreed and halved my dose that day! But I was amazed because he sat there and listened to me describe my situation, then he helped talk it through with me what he wanted to do. It was amazing, and I was so glad he was so open to listening and reasoning with me and not just trying to prescribe medicine and kick me out. Dr. Salmon will now be my primary physician. And since Dr. Salmon dropped my dose by 75%, my BP has stayed the same as it was on the full dose! Awesome!
