They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
