I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
