Dr Steffen gives the best personal attention I have ever had from a Dr. My whole family goes to him now. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
