They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. I was able to relax very easily. He made sure every single question I had was answered. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to call me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
