Dr. Brad is Awesome !!! His staff was warm and inviting, I felt comfortable from the time I walked in until the time I left. The lobby and office is clean and well maintained. It must be cleaned and sanitized all the time. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been an issue I have experienced. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They make an extra effort to get to know or find out what they need to support me in my health goals. They always remember me and make me feel very important. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. and would recommend them to family and friends.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.
