This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility. doctor very rude. does not take time to listen
