They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. One of the staff members is very rude and very hateful. She will not call in my perscriptions when I need them alto I had just seen the doctor the week before. This was not a narcotic alto she said it was. It is for allergies and anxiety. On the other hand I do like Dr. Thornberry but I do not think he should leave an office manager in control when she needs to discuss what his patients want instead of taking upon herself to do as she wants. That is not in the patients best interest and I thought that was what they were there for.
