I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed.
