I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. What I liked was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt welcomed and think I will be returning. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I was happy and relieved that they were able to answer all of my questions. I felt like I got a good amount of information. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. The women at the front desk needs to have training on how to teat coustmers and the office mananger Wonda needs to know where she come from and not to think she is better than any body than her daddy. I like Dr Biesel for the honsty in his treatments, he is very good in what he does and I hate to loose him as a dr. but the way my wife and I were talked to on the phone I don't think I need to go there any more.
