Sarah is a Claiborne County native, currently residing in Tazewell. In 2009, she received her bachelor’s degree from Lincoln Memorial University in Medical Technology. She graduated from LMU’s DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine Physician Assistant (PA) program in 2011. She worked as a PA for 6 years prior to coming to FMC of Harrogate. She is a member of Sunrise Missionary Baptist Church in New Tazewell. She enjoys hiking, exercising, and spending time with her husband, Nick, as well her children, Collin and Adley, and their dog, Sam.Services
