I was so impressed with this doctor. All my questions were answered, and he took his time with me. I did have to wait about 20 minutes this time, but usually I get right back. The staff is friendly and welcoming; Kathy knows all the patients and checks me in before I even have walked up to the window. Holly is warm and professional and makes the whole experience that much better. They definitely care about patient comfort because this doctor has plenty of books and fun knick-knacks to look at if I have to wait. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. Everything was orderly and felt and looked clean.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
