Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

Dr. Frank D Wade is my primary physician at Family Practices in Murfreesboro, TN..I had a visit to his office a few months ago...when I had sprained my ankle repeatedly, during my appointment which was with his nurse, I requested some sort of support for my injury on sight or a prescription for such as a wrap, crutch, etc which my insurance would cover... and was very rudely and abruptly told by the nurse to just go to Walgreen's or somewhere else although I couldn't personally afford it at the time....after complaining to her assistant I was finally given a device wrap onsite by the assistant which unfortunately was applied completely incorrect..Customer Service was horrible! I almost left in tears...I did not report.
Fast Forward, Eventually Dr. Frank D Wade referred me to a Foot Specialist Dr. Melvin Williams who performed a major arch surgery on my foot due to my chronic foot condition, which requires a very painful Titanium implant...My foot specialist prescribed me a medication called Percet(10mg)which relieves the pain, stops the throbbing and allows me to actually get a little rest at night...as of last week 5/27/11 a ran out of my prescription, which requires a refill form with the doctors signature...I was informed by Dr. Melvin Williams assistant that he was out of town and to contact my General Physician who referred me (Dr. Frank D Wade)...I called the office and after continuously being forward to a voice-mail...I finally called practically in tears from the pain and was told to that Dr. Wade was also out of town and to come in for an appointment with Co-partner Dr. Lisa and everything would get takin care of..I came in immediately at 5pm that day and after my appointment with Dr.Lisa I was told by her that she actually wasn't qualified to sign on the prescription and that Dr. Wade would definitely help me and do it the following Monday when he returned...The next week comes and I am given the run around between both of his office locations, each receptionist telling me that he was at the other location...Finally I talked to a receptionist on 5/31/11 that admitted he was actually at the 516 Uptown Square location in Murfreesboro, TN and that my prescription would be filled..throughout this tedious process I remain patient and continued to inform them of my situation and how much pain I was in... I was repeatedly promised the assistance I needed...I arrived at the doctors office to pick up my signed prescription by Dr. Wade..and waited for over an hour only to be confronted by his assistant saying that he said he isn't going to help me because he wasn't the original prescribing doctor....Although the office was practically empty at the time he didn't attempt to give a reasonable alternative bring me back for a quick check up or review my charts from the Specialist Doctors Office to verify the intensity of my pain and the neccesity to refill my meds... only to have his assistants tell me just wait in pain until the Foot specialist gets back in...This is Outrageous..None of the excuses I was given made any sense or had any relevance...There was absolutely no sense in having me come in for an appointment with Dr. Lisa that has to be paid for if I am receiving no assistance and bad customer service. I am completely dissatisfied with this practice and have observed the high level of non-professionalism repeatedly....I realize that this is unacceptable and if nothing is done about it..This type of action will simply continue.
