They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I am always satisfied after my appointments and interactions with Dr. Waits and his office.
