They are never there. They rarely answer their phones and when they do they get half the information wrong, never call in the prescriptions, never get the prescriptions written and never even tell the doctor that I was there. They have been at their location now for quite a few months but mysteriously every patient record from their previous location is unobtainable. That is 10 years of medical history that is lost because theyre irresponsible. The doctor actually had me on 3 blood pressure medications instead of the two that he thought he was giving me. He also prescribed me medications that conflicted with other medications from other doctors. His front desk had a tendency to Triple or quadruple his appointment times so you had a tendency to wait anywhere from 2 to 4 hours to get in to see him. Thank goodness I went back to my old primary care physician Dr Gregory berland who is right there by the Citrus Park Mall. He remembered me and remembered my health conditions and he is working with me in just the first week better than dr. Urso had in the over a decade that I was with him. Just to let everyone know also, dr. Urso is under investigation for prescribing controlled substances in mass amounts, so if you are going to him for pain management I would switch doctors. The last controlled substance that he wrote for me was Xanax and no Pharmacy would fill it for me because he was under investigation and since his investigation was made public, no one has been able to get ahold of him or his family members regarding appointment for just regular check-ups or even obtaining 10 plus years worth of medical records
