MY FAMILY AND I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT FOR 20+ YEARS. I WAS DROPPED BY VELEZ BECAUSE I HAD AN ISSUE & WENT TO SEE HER FORMER NP. VELEZS OFFICE IS ONLY OPEN MONDAY-THURSDAY. THEY ONLY TAKE 5 WALKINS(GET THERE AT 6AM IF YOU WANT TO BE SEEN. IF YOU WANT TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IT WILL BE 3 MONTHS OUT. WHEN YOU ONLY SEE 12 OR 15 PEOPLE A DAY WHAT DO YOU EXPECT. I WAS NOTIFIED BY CERTIFIED LETTER LESS THAN A WEEK OF THE ANNIVERSARY OF MY WIFES DEATH BY A DRUNK DRIVER. FAMILY PRACTICE. I DONT THINK SO. IM ASHSAMED TO KNOW HER.
