I visited PPCP and was seen by Dr Amy Black. Very pleased with Dr Black thus far. She is welcoming and informative as well as attentive. What has bothered me since my first visit is that I am very displeased with her nurse. Not so friendly...at al!. In all my visits, I have never had her greet me in a friendly manner or even so much as offer a smile. She responds to me very dryly and comes across as nonchalant. When dealing with the public and diverse group of people... she should be ALOT more professional than she has been towards me. I am VERY dissatisfied with her. This could determine whether I remain a patient here or transfer to another provider. I have tried to engage in conversation with her and still all I get is coldness. I have not felt comfortable with her and not sure if I will. Because if she was to read this I surely would not want for her to pretend...become phony with myself or others.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount.
