This doctors office is a complete nightmare I've never been somewhere where I felt so uncomfortable because of the lack of communication and knowledge in the medical field. I've been a patient for many years and I must say that in the last year and a half it's gotten terrible! I have seen about 15 different employees ever since I became a patient here. They had a pretty decent staff about two years ago and from what I hear from other patients the calls for all this turmoil in this office is due to the doctors wife. I stayed on as a patient due to my age and my transportation issues. I was so upset after the doctor fired the most recent staff. The office seemed to be getting better and because the girls didn't like to do the illegal duties they were being forced to they were fired. This doctor and his wife are a fraud! They charge for more time than the doctor actually spends with the patient! That Kimberly girl is the worst that I've ever encountered in my 58 years! I miss the old staff who was courteous and respectful! This Kimberly is always rude and condescending and she's always eating! Very unprofessional! I'm telling everyone I know to leave this place once and for all. I also believe that the doctors wife belongs away from the office! Her presence is unnecessary and unwanted!

I am writing to retract my review that I had made in Feb. Dr. Mahmood, took care of the un-professional worker that he had when I commented on this matter. Within days she was gone from his office. Since then, there is a new Office Manager, her name is Brenda. Brenda goes above and behind her lines of duties. That is why I am coming back to this site to allow people to see that at that time I was very upset. It had nothing to do with Dr. Mahmood and how he treated me, it was his office help. Again, the problem was resolved, and my brother and myself attend this office on a regular basis, Each time I come, everyone is very helpful and cheerful. The office with Brenda as office manager, runs very very smoothly. She takes the extra moment to let you know she cares. Thanks so much Brenda, and Dr. Mahmood. My apologies for the last comment.
