They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. I also was not impressed with how she handled a pt she was taking care of for another Dr. who was away!
