Everytime I have an appointment waiting time is short. Staff is very friendly. Dr. Potempa always is concerned me and they listen to all my problems especially after my husband passed away. Even when my mom was alive she liked her too. No other Doctor would listen to her.

I absolutely would NOT recommend this place to anyone. I have been going here for about 15 years. The staff is never friendly and they all act like you are interrupting their personal conversations when you come in or are checking out. They are always overbooked and make you wait in the waiting room for at least 15 minutes then another 15 minutes in the exam room before being seen. The next available physical date is 9 months out! CRAZY! Not to mention they try to screw you over by making you come in for blood work results only to tell you that you are fine..."now where is my copay". UGHHH I could go on and on; please take my advice...DO NOT GO HERE and if you do, think about switching! That is all.
