It was difficult to find parking at their office. I had to look for a while and was almost late for my appointment. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid.
