I only rated his punctuality as 4 because he sometimes runs a little behind; however, it is very obvious that this is the case because he spends as much time as needed with his patients making sure that he has answered every question that one may have. I have been his patient for almost 2 years now. I have never felt that he has rushed through an appointment. He gives options and guides you with his recommendations. His thoroughness is greatly appreciated.
