I made an appointment, waited 3 weeks for it. Arrived early after taking time off of work. Staff didn't address me right away even though I was the only one in the office. They collected my CO-PAY and brought me back to office where the med assistant asked me to fill out paperwork I already filled out. They asked me why I was there, THEY DIDN'T EVEN KNOW WHO I WAS OR WHY I WAS THERE. The med assistant then gave me attitude and wanted to know who I spoke to, I didn't know..more attitude. I stated you obviously have me on the books and you took my co-pay but you have none of my paperwork? Med assistant stated they have two offices and was I SURE I HAD right office. Again you have my name and co-pay. I had her call me PC's office and she stated I had a problem; at this point I had an attitude and stated I was leaving. She stated "no problem", I asked for my co-pay back and she stormed out went to the front desk and stated to give me back my co-pay because I DIDN"T have paperwork. I heard the Doctor was good but her staff was bad. After reading other reviews it is apparent that the Doc's staff's acts as the Doc...doesn't care just wants a co-pay!!
