Staff is extremely rude and incompetent. Dr. Wyatt doesn't seem to care about his patients, actually responds in a degrading manner when asking a question and they all care more about quantity of patients getting through the door like a cattle call than the quality of care they give. The front desk staff is very insensitive, have no respect for others and seem to not want to be there at all so they shouldn't be.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I was really able to get a lot of information after my visit, and I left feeling a renewed sense of hope. I was definitely satisfied with the level of care I received here.
