They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their office staff doesn't help at all. The medical staff are knowledgeable, but I feel like since I'm young and I look physically fit, they brushed me off more until they saw my lab results that said I was prediabetic. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. It's really hard to get an appointment when you need one. I'm trying to find another endocrinologist.

They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me.
