Dr. Faridi, who is in her Centereach office two days out of the week, is very friendly and caring. My wife felt comfortable seeing her. Although her office staff were friendly and polite...they lack the skills to run a professional medical office. Twice the had lost my wife's file and once they had another patient's information and medications inside her file! The scary part, they had insisted there was no error in the file. I have since change health insurance and my wife's doctors.

No covering doctor. Doesn't keep patient files. Two facts that defy logic. Please, go elsewhere. Dr. Faridi should be disbarred. I would've been better off consulting a faith healer. I am now out of insulin because of her office's indifference and incompetence.
