I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
