we didn't wait long at all. My mom's appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I did feel satisfied with the level of care my mom received here. They were also very helpful and hospitable. They would never suggest that she buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured her. They were always very considerate and professional. Very understnading very good with older people.
