They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. The staff really knows what they're doing. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need the Doctor's approval for.
