The billing staff was extremely rude. I called after my appointment to go over the invoice and the woman basically dismissed me and just wanted me to give her a credit card. I would never go back. The doctor was awesome but having to deal with the office staff was a horrible experience. I finally gave them a card number and told her I would not be returning. She didn't care in the least bit. I can't believe how awful the customer service was.
